Privacy Policy
Effective August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AGAPE MEDIA LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information across Agape Media and the brands, websites, storefronts, software, integrations, and AI-assisted services that it operates.
1. Scope
This Policy applies when you visit our websites, communicate with us, purchase from a brand we operate, use our software or automated tools, or interact with an Agape Media service through a third-party marketplace, social network, commerce platform, or other integration (collectively, the “Services”). It also applies to personal information we process on behalf of our business customers, except where a separate agreement or the customer’s privacy policy governs.
A third-party service has its own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern information a third party processes independently, even when its service is linked to or integrated with ours.
2. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on the Service you use, the choices you make, and the permissions you grant. It may include:
- Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, username, business details, account settings, and authentication information.
- Commerce and transaction information, such as products viewed or purchased, cart activity, order history, shipping and billing details, returns, support requests, and transaction status. Payment card details are generally collected directly by the applicable marketplace or payment processor rather than stored by us.
- Connected-platform information, such as account and profile details, store information, product catalogs, listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment data, analytics, messages, comments, and other information a platform makes available under the permissions you authorize.
- Content and communications, including files, images, product information, prompts, instructions, feedback, and messages you submit or ask a Service to create, analyze, or manage.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, identifiers, diagnostics, and interactions with the Services.
- Information from other sources, including service providers, fulfillment partners, fraud-prevention providers, publicly available sources, and business partners, as permitted by law.
3. How we collect information
We collect information:
- directly from you when you use a Service or contact us;
- automatically through server logs, cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies;
- from platforms and accounts you choose to connect or use to interact with us; and
- from vendors, business partners, and other lawful sources.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
- create and manage accounts, integrations, listings, content, communications, orders, payments, returns, and fulfillment;
- carry out your instructions, including through automated or AI-assisted features;
- communicate about transactions, support, updates, security, and, where permitted, products or offers;
- analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, develop features, and understand how the Services are used;
- protect users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and secure the Services; and
- comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interests or those of others, with your consent, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, but doing so does not affect earlier lawful processing.
5. Automation and artificial intelligence
We may use automated systems and AI service providers to generate or improve content, assist with customer communications, organize product and order information, analyze performance, detect abuse, or carry out actions you request. This can involve sending relevant prompts, content, communications, product data, or other information to providers that process it for us under contractual restrictions.
We limit the information provided to what is reasonably necessary for the feature. Do not submit sensitive personal information to an AI-assisted feature unless the Service specifically requests it. We do not use personal information obtained through a connected platform to train general-purpose AI models unless we clearly disclose that use and have a lawful basis or permission to do so.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide analytics, customer support, communications, security, fraud prevention, and AI or automation capabilities;
- Connected platforms and business partners when necessary to provide an integration, publish content, process a transaction, or follow your instructions;
- Professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or handle legal claims; and
- Transaction participants in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent. We may also use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law before doing so.
7. Connected-platform data
We access information from a connected platform only within the permissions granted by the account holder and use it to provide and support the requested integration, maintain security, comply with law, and meet the platform’s developer requirements. We do not use connected-platform data for unrelated purposes or disclose it except to service providers needed to operate the integration, at your direction, or as required by law.
You can limit future access by changing permissions or disconnecting Agape Media through the platform’s settings, where available. You may also contact us to request deletion. Disconnecting an account does not automatically delete information we must retain for completed transactions, security, legal compliance, disputes, or other lawful purposes.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Services, remember settings, measure performance, understand usage, and prevent fraud. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of a Service from working.
Because there is not yet a uniform standard for browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, our Services do not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals for practices to which those signals apply.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the Service, our relationship with you, and legal requirements. We then delete, de-identify, or securely isolate the information as appropriate.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal our response and to be free from discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, email hello@agapemedia.co with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe your request and the Service involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may still receive non-marketing communications about transactions, security, or your account.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action. A brand or Service directed to a younger audience will provide any additional notice and obtain any consent required by law before collecting personal information.
13. International data transfers
Agape Media and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use approved contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
